Metrolinx is seeking submissions for the provision of general environmental consulting services, including environmental compliance approvals, auditing, assessments, and studies. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through MetrolinxMERX EBS. Only proponents with the following qualifications will be considered: a minimum of ten years of experience in project management of general environmental consulting including both professional and technical services; staff with Professional Engineer Licenses (P.Eng), Project Management Professional Certificates (PMP), and Qualified Persons Certificates (QP); listing of certifications for key personnel such as P.Eng, PMP, QP and all other applicable designations; demonstrated experience in industry-relevant services such as ECA EASR approvals, energy audits, waste audits, GHG inventory reporting, emissions summary and dispersion modelling, Phase I and II ESA, spill contingency plans, E2 plans, waste water studies, environmental sampling, and general environmental compliance risk baseline assessments applicable to Metrolinx. Proponents are to provide a general description of their work approach for the project, identify risks and challenges, and outline ways to address or mitigate identified risks. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its discretion.
