Site work and paving for a road / highway in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 29,000 gallons of bituminous material for micro-surfacing, 895 tons of micro-surfacing course (Type 2 Modified), 41,000 linear feet of pavement markings, and 41,000 linear feet of pavement marking removal. Only online electronic bids through QuestCDN will be accepted. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. Electronic bid bonds will be accepted through Surety 2000 using project # 10258454. Bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
