Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This contract consists of miscellaneous modifications and improvements to the City of Manitowoc Downtown Streetscape along the east and west side of North and South 10th Street between Chicago and Washington Streets. The project includes sidewalk removal to allow for new tree pits within the existing sidewalk, curb and approach removal, new curb and gutter, and ladder crosswalk painting, as well as planting new trees and shrubs. Work will require the disposal of concrete and other miscellaneous material. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing the planting areas with topsoil and compost and finishing with mulch matching other landscaping in the downtown. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
