Includes selective exterior demolition; envelope repairs including repainting, cladding repair, window and door work, and trim repair; repair and refinishing of decking, stairs, ramps, and railings; roofing and drainage work including cedar roof replacement, flashing, gutters, chimney repointing, and stormwater improvements; attic insulation upgrades; and coordination within an occupied facility.
