Merrimac Municipal Light Department Office Renovation The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, bonds, and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Office Renovation Project at 20 Federal Way, Merrimac, MA, The scope of work for the project under this permit is the interior and exterior renovation of an existing municipal structure, addition of a new cold storage, as well as new site work. the new work shall include but not limited to framing, electrical, mechanical and structural systems, interior wall partitions and finishes throughout along with all necessary exterior, site and landscape work. All life safety is to be supplied and installed by the general contractor. the system shall be approved by the local fire department and connected to the local fire alarm system. All electrical systems shall be design build, supplied and installed by the general contractor. all mechanical systems shall design build, supplied and installed by the general contractor. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
