Renovation of a military facility in Arlington, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Five (5) Roof Inlet Drain Line Pipes (See attached Reference Sheet 1 and 2) 2.1. Selective Demolition Roof drain piping work shall not be performed during rain event or when roof has or holds water that requires roof drain operation. 2.1.1. Roof Drain #1 (All Purpose Room) • Existing fire sprinkler-head is near work area. Care shall be taken while accessing work area and performing repair work and should not directly impact or affect repair work under this requirement. Fire sprinkler lines shall not be disturbed. • Carefully remove and retain approximate 20 square feet (SF) ceiling tiles to access drain line pipe from roof drain inlet and maintain for re-use. Maintain existing drop ceiling grid. 2.1.2. Roof Drain #2 (All Purpose Room) • Carefully remove drain line cap to open drain line piping to perform lining repair work and retain for use. • Existing fire sprinkler-head is near work area. Care shall be taken while accessing work area and performing repair work and should not directly impact or affect repair work under this requirement. Fire sprinkler lines shall not be disturbed. • Carefully remove and retain approximate 20 square feet (SF) ceiling tiles to access drain line pipe from roof drain inlet and maintain for re-use. Maintain existing drop ceiling grid. • Carefully remove drain line cap to open drain line piping to perform pipe-lining repair work and retain for use. 2.1.3. Roof Drain #3 (Coat Room) • Existing fire sprinkler-head is near work area. Care shall be taken while accessing work area and performing repair work and should not directly impact or affect repair work under this requirement. Fire sprinkler lines shall not be disturbed. • Approximate 15 SF gypsum board ceiling has been removed to expose roof drain inlet during previous rainstorm. • Carefully remove drain line cap to open piping to perform pipe-lining repair work and retain for use.
