The work generally consists of providing all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits, testing, commissioning, and incidentals required to complete the Beamish Munro Hall Ventilation Upgrades project located at Beamish Munro Hall, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project includes, but is not limited to: o Removal and disposal of the existing exhaust fan, unit heater, associated ductwork, controls, supports, wiring, and ancillary components as indicated on the drawings. o Construction of a new wall opening and associated architectural restoration required for installation of the new exhaust air discharge. o Structural modifications and installation of new support framing, hangers, anchors, and associated hardware for new mechanical equipment. o Supply and installation of all ductwork, dampers, louvers, grilles, diffusers, insulation, controls, wiring, piping modifications, and accessories required for a complete and operational ventilation system. o Installation, connection, startup, testing, balancing, and commissioning of the new make-up air unit (MUA-101) and exhaust fan (EF-101). o Electrical modifications including new feeders, breakers, disconnects, controls wiring, equipment connections, and associated work required for a complete installation. o Integration and coordination with the existing Building Automation System (BAS). o Cutting, coring, patching, firestopping, painting, and restoration of all surfaces disturbed by the Work. o Coordination of all required shutdowns with Queen's University. o Provision of all closeout documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, training, warranties, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation Question Deadline 07/03/2026
