Construction of the pavilion improvements at the Public Safety Complex. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS July 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST All questions shall be directed to Deputy Fire Chief Naranjo, or his designee, Phone 239-284-0024, EMAIL rodolfon@lehighfd.com. The selected responder will be required to provide all of the construction work and services pertaining to the construction of the Pavilion structure including the concrete slab up through the roof as described in the attached construction plans for the District's Pavilion Project, as stated in the written agreement between the District and the selected responder and as directed by the District. Site work will be provided by the District. Utilities will be provided by the District to the Pavilion structure. The District will acquire all building permits and intends to use a private provider to perform building inspections. Warranties for the materials and workmanship of the Pavilion Project will be an element of consideration and must be described in the response. A complete description of the elements of the Pavilion Project which describes, at a minimum, material specifications, installation methods, and other industry standard specifications must be provided as part of the RFP response. A complete description of the qualifications and experience of the responder shall be required as a part of the RFP response. The building plans for the Pavilion Project that have been prepared by the District and that are to be used by the responder in determining and describing the work/services to be performed and the proposal price is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
