Replacement of a CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) headwall and flap gate. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 at 12:00 PM ET idder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Chemung County Purchasing in writing. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to: Installation of a new precast headwall and flap gate to be made functional and structurally affixed to existing headwall. All associated earthwork, needed concrete repair, and surface restoration Installation of a gravel access drive as shown in the Drawings. Type of Contract The Project described in this manual and accompanying project plans will be constructed under a single prime contract. Perform Work of the Contract under a lump sum contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
