Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the project know as: Roofing Replacement, HU 1-8 and Education Building Sletten Construction of Nevada, Inc. has been awarded a pre-construction contract as the Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) for the above referenced projects. As part of these scopes of work and in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes, we are qualifying subcontractors to bid this project. The Evaporative Cooling Replacement for HU 1-12 project scope of work consists of replacement of rooftop evaporative cooled equipment, mechanical split systems and exhaust fans for Housing Units 1-12. This project will also include the replacement of all mechanical controls for all buildings on the campus, except the central plant building. The Roofing Replacement, HU 1-8 and Educ. Building project scope of work consists of installing new roofing systems on Housing Units 1 through 8, and the Education building at High Desert State Prison in Indian Springs, Nevada. This project is anticipated to bid in September of 2026 and start construction around May 2027.
