Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction and adjustment of wastewater treatment plant, sanitary sewer, manholes, and appurtenances, including system testing and site clean-up. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Installing a new 0.120 MGD activated sludge wastewater treatment plant and all appurtenances; installing a new control building (CMU or metal) including the foundation; installing a new liquid chlorine system in the new control building; installing a new non-potable water system as shown on the construction plans; installing a 6" force main from existing lift station to new WWTP including all valves supports and appurtenances; installing a new motor control center, 250 KW propane generator, and all electrical work shown on the construction plans; removing existing control building, chemical equipment, and electrical controls. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
