Storm sewer improvements including cleaning, widening, replacing, and installing storm sewer pipes ranging from 12 to 24 inches and 11 catch basins. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). QA date - 7-13-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Copies of the Contract Documents are on file in the Village of Polk at 200 E. Congress St, P.O. Box 206 Polk, Ohio 44866; in the office of Engineering Associates, Inc., 1935 Eagle Pass, Wooster, Ohio 44691 ; and in the offices and are available for inspection by prospective bidders. Contract Documents must be purchased from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc. for a cost of $75.00 per set, none of which is refundable. Bidders are required to register with and obtain Bidding Documents from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc.
