Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Bartlett, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

1. General Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary Building Permits required for this project from the City of Bartlett Codes Enforcement, located at 6382 Stage Road. The permits will be issued at NO costs but must be obtained prior to beginning any construction activity. 2. General Contractor shall coordinate schedule of the work with Michael Bollinger, Artistic Director, Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center (BPACC) at 901-385- 6440. 3. All work shall be done during normal work hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No work shall be performed on Saturday or Sunday nor any holiday designated by the City of Bartlett. 4. Supervision - Provide at least one person who shall be present at all times during execution of the work and who shall be thoroughly familiar with the type of materials being installed, the referenced standards, and the requirements of the work, and who shall direct the execution of all the work. 5. General Contractor shall be responsible for keeping a clean work area and remove all excess construction debris from site daily for disposal.
