Southside Regional Park Construction Services includes services related to a project funded by various grants, including the Land & Water Conservation Fund Grant, the Outdoor Legacy Recreation Program, and the National Park Service. The project must comply with the Code of Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200 and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project must be produced in the United States unless a waiver is approved. Federal clauses in Attachment A must be included and take precedence if there are conflicts with other provisions. Davis-Bacon requirements do not apply. Submissions must be uploaded to the City of Rock Hill Procurement Division eProcurement Portal by the deadline. Only online submissions are accepted.
