Provides all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace two existing backflow prevention assemblies with new ZURN 10-inch Model 375DA units. Work includes conducting a site assessment of existing assemblies and adjacent piping, verifying shutoff points, and identifying any code compliance issues. The contractor will safely shut down the water supply, remove and dispose of existing units in accordance with local regulations, and install new assemblies with all required fittings, valves, supports, and insulation, ensuring proper orientation and accessibility for future maintenance. Services also include restoring water service, verifying system integrity, performing certified testing of both assemblies, providing official test reports, and affixing test tags. The contractor must follow applicable Unified Facilities Criteria, Air National Guard, and Air Force standards, implement quality assurance and quality control procedures, complete required submittals and material approvals prior to installation, maintain site cleanliness, and comply with all safety, security, and access requirements, including background checks and antiterrorism training. The total performance period is 120 days.
