Remodeling of a military facility in New London, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and transportation to replace an aging bathtub and accessories. The work includes removing the existing shower/tub trim from the shower surround, removing the existing fiberglass tub and walls, removing the existing diverter valve, supplying and installing new mold/water resistant greenboard on the back wall and two side walls, supplying and installing a new tub/shower diverter valve from Wolverine Brass Inc., supplying and installing a new 60 x 30 x 15 white acrylic replacement tub, supplying and installing new white acrylic walls on the back wall and two side walls, supplying and installing a new chrome 24 inch grab bar and white acrylic four shelf corner caddy, supplying and installing a new Raincan shower handheld shower head with 5' hose and glide bar, and cleaning, caulking, hauling and disposing all debris to an off-site dumpster. Submit quote on your company letterhead and include your UEI#.
