Remodeling of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Remodel BLDG 2447 Kitchenettes at Ft. Bliss, including maintenance, alteration, and repair of troop housing facilities. All work shall be performed simultaneously. A superintendent is required to be on-site at all times during the project, and this position shall not be subcontracted and must be employed directly by the prime contractor. Bond requirements include original bid bonds, as well as performance and payment bonds. Only small businesses under NAICS code 236220 are eligible to bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Pre-bid conference will be conducted on July 07, 2026 @ 2:00 PM MDT for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at the parking lot of BLDG 2447. Fort Bliss, TX. Place of Performance. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Building 2447 [(31.8134366, -106.4162166)] , located northeast at the intersection of Chaffee Rd. and Cassidy Rd. within the Fort Bliss TX Installation.
