This request will provide funds as a place holder for traffic signals to be installed at the intersection located at Broad Avenue South and Gordon Drive/2nd Street. These improvements are contingent upon review and approval as part of the Old Naples Hotel Development. It is important to note that this project will be funded by both the developer and City (50% cost share). The FY 2025-26 budget request accounts for $150,000 necessary for design and construction, engineering, and inspection (CEI) services, and $1,000,000 allocated for construction of the improvements. As of June 26, 2026, this project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
