Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and medical facility.

Provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, supervision, and related services necessary to complete renovations for a compliant and fully functional electrical infrastructure upgrade. Work includes replacing medium-voltage oil-filled transformers serving Buildings 1, 3, 9, 11, 66, 137, and 187. Existing transformers have 4160-volt primary and 208/120-volt secondary service and include four 150 KVA units, two 300 KVA units, and one 750 KVA unit. The 150 KVA transformer serving Building 3 shall be relocated and installed on a new concrete pad. Replace electrical distribution switchboards at Buildings 3 and 137. Replace concrete pads for transformers at Buildings 9, 66, and 187, and construct a new concrete pad at the relocated transformer location for Building 3. Install anti-ram rated bollards at all transformer locations. The contractor shall expedite planning and execution, procure long-lead equipment, maintain a robust quality assurance and safety program, and coordinate construction activities to minimize disruptions while providing compliant and safe electrical systems.
