The contractor shall provide all equipment and labor to remove and replace existing shower partitions with attached changing rooms and bathroom stall partitions on the 2nd through 6th floors of the East Building. Each floor includes a North and South side, with each side containing six bathroom stalls and seven shower stalls with changing rooms. Changing rooms shall be 39.5 inches deep and include a door. All partitions shall be floor- and overhead-braced and constructed with powder-coated steel, 58-inch doors and panels, chrome zamac hardware, and a silver vein finish. Work will take place in occupied housing areas and requires coordination for access and movement. The contractor shall also remove and replace all affected restroom accessories, including grab bars, toilet paper holders, sanitary napkin dispensers, towel bars, soap dispensers, and similar items. The contractor shall provide standard labor and material warranties, and complete all work, including site access coordination, material delivery, removal, installation, testing, and demobilization, within a performance period of 60 calendar days.
