The City of Orlandos Procurement and Contracts Division requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Citywide Towing and Roadside Assistance services. The City needs these services and related dispatch capabilities 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days per year basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Roadside assistance, towing, storage, and recovery services are needed; including, but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, break downs, code enforcement, and parking violations for the Fleet Management Division, Orlando Fire Department (OFD), Orlando Police Department (OPD), Parking Division, Code Enforcement Division, Orlando Venues, and other City Divisions as needed throughout the City limits. The City of Orlando is a 111.2 square mile area that covers a total of 71,140 acres. With its central location in the region and the State, Orlando is easily accessible from Interstate 4, Florida's Turnpike, Spessard L. Holland East-West Expressway (SR 408), Central Florida GreenWay (SR 417), and the Beachline Expressway (SR 528).
