Storm and roadway improvements including pavement reconstruction, storm system upgrades with new catch basins and storm pipe, concrete valley gutter, curb ramp replacements, excavation, asphalt paving, and traffic control. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. This Contract provides for storm and roadway improvements on 80th Avenue NE at the intersections with NE 26th Street and NE 27th Street. The work includes pavement reconstruction at the corner of NE 27th Street and 80th Avenue NE, and upgrades to the storm system at the intersection of NE 26th Street and 80th Avenue NE, including one replacement catch basin, two new catch basins, 120 LF of 12-inch CPEP storm pipe, and a new concrete valley gutter. This work also includes the replacement of two curb ramps at the intersection of NE 26th Street and 80 th Avenue NE. Improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, excavation, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement planing, asphalt paving, pavement markings, traffic control, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
