SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, tools, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide complete turnkey replacement and installation of commercial conveyor dish machines at designated Humble ISD campuses. Project Locations Deerwood Elementary School Maplebrook Elementary School Oaks Elementary School Whispering Pines Elementary School Willowcreek Elementary School Scope Requirements Receive equipment at designated warehouse location. Deliver equipment to each campus installation site. Unload, uncrate, and inspect all equipment for shipping damage. Disconnect and remove existing dish machine equipment. Transport removed equipment to the designated Humble ISD warehouse location. Provide all required utility modifications including electrical, plumbing, metal fabrication, ventilation, and water line modifications. Install and level new Hobart conveyor dishmachine equipment or district approved equivalent according to manufacturer specifications. Provide and install all accessories and related components identified in the project specifications. Complete utility connections within five (5) feet of equipment. Perform startup, testing, calibration, and operational verification. Remove packaging materials and debris from the job site. Provide on-site staff training regarding operation, safety, cleaning, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate all work with district staff to minimize disruption to food service operations. Perform work during approved district working hours unless otherwise authorized.
