The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the replacement of the Hull Street (Rte. 360) Bridge over Manchester Canal (UPC 113290). Question Deadline 08/10/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Federal Project No.: STP-5B27(314) City Project No.: 106563 Drawing No.: O-29033 The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following: A. Removal of the existing bridge over Manchester Canal B. Construction of the replacement bridge C. Utility attachments to the new bridge D. Asphalt tie-ins E. Removal and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks F. Traffic maintenance (vehicular and pedestrian) over Manchester Canal during construction G.
