The M-55 Office Accommodations Project is rehabilitation of the National Research Council Canada (NRC) Building M-55 at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario. Phase 1 includes a full interior refit of the first floor and second floor of building M-55. The scope of work for Phase 1 is approximately 100,000 square feet, and includes primarily architectural, mechanical and electrical work. Some structural and civil work may be required pending the final design solution. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
