Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on Quick Response Tender (QRT) source lists for general contractor work required by the Department of National Defence at Garrison and RDDC Valcartier, for a period of three years from the date of source list establishment. This work includes projects with an estimated value up to $500,000. Contractors must submit their application by email using the Source List application form. Application forms sent by fax or mail will not be accepted. The language chosen during application will be used for all documents and communications for the duration of the source list. Measurable performance standards and requirements will be enforced as detailed in form DCL81-Performance Evaluation Guidelines. A contractor that receives an unacceptable or failing score may be removed from this Source List and receive no further invitations under the SL. Contractors may be required to meet organization and personnel security requirements for tenders and contracts under the QRT source lists. Typically, this includes Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and reliability status for personnel, though more stringent requirements may apply, such as Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET with approved Document Safeguarding (DSC) with secret clearance for personnel.
