This includes mobilization and demobilization, soil erosion control, demolition and removal of existing guyed tower, foundation, guy anchors, concrete pads, and chain-link fence, removal and salvage of the existing communications building, generator, and propane tank, site clearing and earth work, construction survey staking, construction of a new engineered self-supported tower and foundation, and a new engineered communications building and foundation, procurement and installation of feedlines, mounts, antennas with top sway brace and sweep testing, grounding, chain-link fence, radio racks, generator, LP tank, electrical works, gravel surfacing drive way and yard, site restoration, and other miscellaneous construction specified by the Contract Documents.
