The project consists of installation of geo-fabric and rip-rap for the maintenance and stabilization of the right descending bank from River Mile 112.7 to 112.5 (Site #1) and of the right descending bank at River Mile 112.3 (Site #2). Site #1 repairs include 1,741 sq. yards of ARDOT type 5 geotextile fabric and 1,426 cu. yards of riprap. Site #2 repairs include 1,387 sq. yards of ARDOT type 5 geotextile fabric and 3,288 cu. yards of riprap. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis, with deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Instructions to Bidders, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained digitally at QuestCDN or arbid.net. The digital documents may be reproduced at any local reproduction company, or Southern Reprographics in Little Rock can print and ship. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
