Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to replace the failed underground primary electrical service between the existing tap box and transformer supplying power to the mobile shooting range. Work includes removal and replacement of the underground electrical service system, installation of new components, and completion of all associated tasks required to restore reliable electrical service and ensure full operational capability of the facility. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work, including testing, inspection, and completion of punch list items within the specified performance period.
