Remodel of the Mohave County Morgue facility. Question Deadline 07/14/2026 at 5:00 PM MT SCOPE OF WORK A. 1.2 B. Construction Drawings May 20, 2026 Furnish and install cold room assemblies, complete with all associated equipment, switches, evaporators, valves, defrost equipment, receptacles, lights, conduit, wire, piping , materials, components, systems, and other appurtenances and assemblies as required for a complete operating system. The cold room manufacturer shall provide the above assembly prewired to a cooler panel console recessed in wall located on the lab plans and noted as CPC . Building power to the cooler panel console provided by Division 26. The cold room manufacturer shall provide the above assembly pre-plumbed to condensate collection locations identified on the lab plans that shall be field coordinated between the cold room manufacturer and related trades. Line-sets shall be provided and installed by the cold room manufacturer and field-coordinated with the General Contractor and related trades. Project Description: The project is renovation of the existing 4,800 sq. ft. building at 3220 Horizon Boulevard to accommodate a fully functional morgue and medical examiner services. Owners Project Requirements: In accordance with Appendix A attached to these specifications.
