Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sewer rehabilitation work at two sites including Arroyo Simi and East Easy Street, involving sewer line inspection and repair. Site visit notes: The second site is located on East Easy Street; attendees shall meet in the parking lot at 2130 Ward Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Please allow at least TWO (2) hours for the pre-bid job-walk. Questions and/or concerns will be addressed at this meeting. A copy of the existing sewer inspection CCTV videos will be provided to the attendees electronically one day after the pre-bid job walk. Interested parties should RSVP to Jamshed Yazdani at JYazdani@simivalley.org The expected completion time of the Project is 90 calendar days from when the City issues a Notice to Proceed.
