The Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting Prequalification Submittal Documents (PSDs) for the purpose of establishing a list of prequalified SPECIALTY CONTRACTORs to provide specialty construction associated with: 1.Anerobic digesters located at the Blue Lake Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) and;a list of prequalified SPECIALTY CONTRACTORs to provide specialty construction associated with: 2. Anerobic digesters located at the Empire WRRF.A SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR may be listed for both Blue Lake WRRF and Empire WRRF work, or for the work of the Empire WRRF project solely. A separate solicitation will be issued for each project; one for Blue Lake WRRF located at 6957 County Road 101 East in Shakopee, MN and one for Empire WRRF located at 2540 197th Street West in Farmington, MN. installation of a fixed steel cover, process piping and mixing nozzles connected to an existing jet mix pump system, and associated electrical and instrumentation and control systems; miscellaneous site work including grading, erosion and sedimentation control , asphalt paving, permeable pavers, concrete walk, and landscaping.
