The City of Lago Vista is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified firms to provide as-needed contract services for building inspections, building plan review, zoning and site development review, floodplain review, and related development services support. The City may select one firm, multiple firms, or establish a pool of qualified firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. Question Deadline 07/08/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted online or by email: Eric De La Cruz Eric.delacruz@lagovistatexas.gov Responses to questions may be issued by addendum. Only written addenda issued by the City shall modify the RFQ. Respondents are responsible for reviewing all addenda before submitting a response. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
