The Work Requirements in this RFT involve building envelope upgrades including siding, windows, doors and masonry repair at CHC's 17 Nancy and 29 Lutsch Developments. Meet Specifications. The Work Requirements are further detailed in the specifications set out in this RFT Schedule B - Work Requirements. The Proponent must fulfill all specifications.Work Readiness. Immediately upon Award, the Proponent shall ready itself to commence work. In this regard the Proponent shall fulfil the following within the time frame indicated in RFT section 6.2: a Security. Delivery to CHC of any Contract Security identified in Contract Schedule A. . b. C. d. e . f. WSIB Clearance Certificate. Delivery to CHC of a Workplace Safety and Insurance Board clearance certificate, or evidence that not applicable. Proof of Insurance. Delivery to CHC of a certificate of insurance providing full details of the Proponent's insurance coverage in accordance with the requirements set out in Contract Schedule B. Schedule. Delivery to CHC of a schedule in Gantt chart format, indicating the timing of the various Work Requirement activities and providing sufficient detail of critical events and their inter-relationships to demonstrate that the Work Requirements will be performed within required time frames (see RFT section 6.2) and other requirements of the Contract. Project Manager. Designate a Project Manager and notify CHC of the same (see RFT Exhibit D Contract section 17.1 for communication requirements). Site Supervisor.
