Bituminous overlay of approximately 2,112 Ln. Ft. of roads and full depth pavement replacement of 490 Ln. Ft. of an existing alley, including Pine St., Graham St., a portion of Walnut St., and two alleys. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to Saint Clair Township. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration SCOPE This project will consist of bituminous overlay of approximately 2,112 Ln. Ft. of roads with 3/4" Superpave Scratch and Leveling Course and 1.5" Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm. Full depth pavement replacement of 490 Ln. Ft. of an existing gravel alley with 4" 2A aggregate, 2" Bituminous Base Course, and 1.5" Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm. The following shall be considered incidental work and included in the Base Bid 1. Provide minimum 18" pavement notch at all bituminous roads and driveways. 2. Road shall be swept prior to placement of bituminous tack coat. 3. Seal all joints, including pavement notches, paved/concrete drives and around manhole and curb box extensions. 4. Install manhole and curb box extensions provided by others. 5. Disposal of excavated material from work associated with full depth pavement replacement
