The Commissioners Court of Kendall County is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors capable of performing Seal Coat Work at various locations throughout Kendall County. Bidders should use unit pricing as specified in the bid document. The method of payment by County will be check. A bid bond is required. Specifications for this bid may be obtained by emailing purchasing@co.kendall.tx.us, or online at the provided website. Bids will be electronically accepted on Kendall County's bid portal or may be submitted as a hard copy to the Kendall County Purchasing Agent at the specified address until the due time and date. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the Kendall County Purchasing Office. All late bids will be rejected. Kendall County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Any questions regarding this bid should be directed ONLY to the Kendall County Purchasing Department at purchasing@co.kendall.tx.us and must be received no later than July 8, 2026, at 5pm CST. No Pre-Bid meeting will be held for this project.
