The City of Olney requests sealed bids to be submitted to the City Clerk for the demolition of a single-family residence located at 308 N. Mill St. in the City of Olney Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the City of Olney shall be paid on this project. The City of Olney reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Scope of Work: The successful bidder shall remove concrete drives, the structure, foundation, any outbuildings, trash, junk, debris and footings and fill in and level the site. The bidder shall provide all necessary labor, machinery, tools, and equipment to do all the work necessary for the removal of the buildings. All rubbish, debris and overgrown brush or trees shall be removed from the premises to an approved facility. The work shall be completed within 30 days from the notice of award of the bid . The successful bidder shall comply with all specifications on the attached sheet entitled "City of Olney Specifications for Demolition of a Residence at 308 N. Mill."
