Demolition of existing space and interior build-out of approximately 1,675 square feet, including mechanical space, to create a Learning Disability Testing Center featuring semi-private student stations, private student spaces, staff offices, a changing room, a reception desk, and installation of cameras and monitoring equipment. Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the demolition of the existing space and the build-out of approximately 1,675 square feet (including mechanical space) at the basement level of Weiskotten Hall at Upstate Medical University. The objective is to create a dedicated Learning Disability Testing Center that will serve students from all four of our colleges. The testing center will feature 16 semi-private student stations , three fully private student spaces, two staff offices, a changing room, and one reception desk. Additionally, we will require cameras and monitoring equipment to oversee students as they take their tests.
