The Milford City Hall Auditorium serves as one of the City's most important public meeting spaces. This project is intended to provide a modern, reliable audio system that delivers exceptional speech intelligibility for board members, staff, presenters, and members of the public. The system shall be specifically designed for spoken-word reinforcement, with a focus on maximizing clarity, minimizing feedback, and providing consistent coverage throughout the auditorium. The completed system shall ensure that participants can be heard clearly throughout meetings and public hearings while providing an intuitive and seamless user experience for staff, board members, and the public. Work shall include, but not be limited to, removal of existing outdated equipment as necessary, installation of new equipment rack systems, loudspeaker systems, microphone systems, and completion of all related work in full accordance with these Specifications and all applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations.
