Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a golf course; restaurant; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The project scope of work includes the construction of the OSO Golf Center Clubhouse, a new mixed-use facility consisting of two buildings connected by a substantial covered entry. The work involves demolition of an existing structure and selective site items. The Pro Shop portion will include a golf shop, storage, office, and ancillary spaces. The Dining portion will include a dining room, restrooms, bar, kitchen, F&B office, secure storage, mechanical room, small locker area, and cold and freezer storage. There is also an alternate for an event space attached to the dining portion. Refer to contract documents, plans, and specifications for additional information. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the accuracy of all bid documents and construction drawings, including proper scaling and paper dimensions.
