Site work and new construction of an educational facility in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Construction of a new athletic complex, including associated site improvements and infrastructure. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. The Work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and services necessary to complete the Construction of the New Curtis Corner Athletic Complex. The Contractor is responsible for executing all activities safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable codes, environmental regulations, and the project documents . The Contractor must coordinate closely with the Owner and Architect to maintain the integrity and operation of any portions of the site that are to remain active during construction. Demolition work includes the complete removal of the existing site and fields as shown on the demolition drawings. This includes all indicated sidewalks, concrete paving, asphalt paving, bleachers, buildings, and athletic fields. Any existing elements that are designated to remain must be fully protected throughout the duration of the Work. The Contractor must perform all hazardous materials work, including asbestos and lead abatement, strictly in accordance with applicable RIDOH, EPA, OSHA, AHERA, and NESHAP requirements. This includes all required environmental monitoring, pre-demolition sampling, air clearance, hazard mitigation, and proper disposal of all regulated materials at licensed facilities. The Contractor must maintain strict controls on dust, noise, vibration, and debris migration, and must follow all procedures outlined in the project's hazardous materials specifications. Prior to any demolition, the Contractor must disconnect, cap, and label all utilities serving the affected areas, including gas, domestic water, fire protection, electric, sewer, telecommunications, and site utilities. The Contractor must coordinate with Dig Safe and all utility providers to verify locations, protect active systems, and maintain service to unaffected areas. Site security, including fencing, signage, barricades, covered walkways, overhead protection, and traffic routing, must be established and maintained at all times . The Contractor must implement a complete demolition logistics plan showing haul routes, staging zones, drop zones, loading areas, and pedestrian/vehicle detours. Debris sorting, stockpiling, loading, hauling, and disposal must be performed safely and in compliance with all local requirements, with disposal manifests submitted for record. Construction of new sidewalks, concrete paving, asphalt paving, bleachers, synthetic athletic field, 8-lane track, and associated site improvements as indicated on the drawings. Erosion and sedimentation controls must be maintained throughout the project. Once work is completed, the Contractor must deliver a clean, safe, and stable site ready for the next phase of construction. At project closeout, the Contractor must provide all required documentation, including environmental clearance reports, hazardous materials disposal manifests, inspection records, structural engineer certifications, utility verification records, and accurate as-built information. The final condition must consist of all surfaces restored to a condition suitable for Owner occupancy and future construction activities.
