The Scope of Work for this project includes but is not limited to the following A. Coordination 1. Coordinate with Certified Installer(s) to avoid conflicts with scheduling or workmanship. B. Mobilization 1. Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel. 2. Compliance with general conditions and regulations. C. Site Preparation 1. Removal of asphalt pavement to limits shown, trees / landscaping, and wooden guardrail, signage, etc. 2. Removal of play equipment and safety surfacing. 3. Salvage of site amenities including benches and trash receptacles. 4. Supply, install, maintain, and remove erosion and sediment controls. 5. Perform pavement milling. 6. Perform rough grading of all areas of proposed pavements and bank. D. Play Equipment 1. Excavate playground areas down to subgrade elevations necessary for new safety surfaces. Coordinate with Certified Installer(s) on final subgrade elevations prior to Certified Installer(s) work. 2. Install Owner Provided Mega Tower Structure. 3. Install Swing Set and Dog Park Equipment 4. Install asphalt pavement and basketball hoop with line striping. E. Site Infrastructure 1. Install Rain Garden 1 with Outlet and Rock Apron. 2. Install asphalt pavements and parking lot with bumpers where indicated on plans. 3. ADA-compliant asphalt paved walkways within park. 4. Install waterborne pavement markings on walkways within park. 5. Restore all disturbed areas. 6. ADD ALTERNATE 1 : Install pervious pavement to limits as shown. Sitework rehabilitation including site preparation, grading, and associated civil improvements.
