Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; educational facility; multi-residential development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and retail development.

The City of Indianapolis has initiated an idea-gathering process for the redevelopment of the former Indiana Women’s Prison site at 401 N. Randolph Street. The long-vacant campus, now under city control following a 2024 property swap, is being considered for a range of potential uses including housing, community space, green space, workforce training, or retail. While many structures have been demolished, several buildings remain on-site. City officials are soliciting input from developers, residents, and stakeholders, with no formal timeline yet established for selecting a development plan or partner.
