Renovation of a water / sewer project in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Upgrade to Pump House #4 to rectify the current state and lack of redundancy, as well as to increase the pumping capacity for both domestic and fire flows. TIMELINE: Request for proposal to provide engineering services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent is chosen. Work included under this contract includes preliminary engineering of all infrastructure; detailed design of all infrastructure; tendering Services; contract Administration; construction services; and post construction services. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed in early 2027.
