Amtrak is accepting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from interested firms (Proposers) to provide general contractor services (collectively the Services) for the Baltimore Penn Station (PBS) Headhouse Early Exterior Package (theProject), which shall be delivered via the Design-Bid-Build method. The Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of the canopy tie-rod support system and replacement of the T-concourse canopy roofing, performed within an active rail facility with required protection, coordination, and temporary shoring of existing structures during construction. The Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following construction elements
