The work consists of Loading Dock Security Enhancements at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center as indicated in a. Project Manual for Loading Dock Security Enhancements dated June 24, 2026. b. Technical Manual for David L. Lawrence Convention Center Perimeter Security Enhancement dated May 2026. i . Base Bid 1 - General Contractor ii . Base Bid 2 - Electrical Contractor 1. Responsibilities in Yellow in Section 16. All Bids will require a ten percent (10%) surety in the form of a Bid Bond, a certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid (unless otherwise noted in the Bid Form Document).
