Beginning Immediately, Sealed bids are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsie ("The City") for the SEALING THE INTERIOR OF THICKENED SLUDGE STORAGE TANK (TSST) Specifications and Contract are subject to provisions of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of the General Municipal Law. The Poughkeepsie's Water Treatment Facility is seeking bids for the application of OBIC lining system on the interior of a glass lined steel vertical tank. The vertical tank is approximately 25'x 25 ' and 84,480 gallons. The tank is used to store sludge from the alum sludge treatment plant of a drinking water facility. Any deviation from the specifications contained within the awarded bid shall be grounds for immediate bid termination
