Separate sealed bids are requested for a wastewater improvements project for the Village of Freeburg, Missouri. Bidders must submit security with their bid as specified in the instructions. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any bids. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days of opening. As a condition of award, the successful bidder must affirm participation in a federal work authorization program and that no unauthorized aliens are employed. All workers must be paid no less than the Missouri prevailing wage. Contractors and subcontractors must ensure on-site employees have completed a ten-hour construction safety training program. Compliance with President's Executive Order Number 11246, conditions of employment, wage rates, and other requirements such as MBE, WBE, and Section 3-DBE encouragement are necessary. The project is funded through the Missouri State Revolving Fund. Contract documents are available for viewing and purchase as specified.
