Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mobile, Alabama. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

*No responses were received.* The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Clearing and grubbing, grading, installing new bioswales, and new storm piping (4 through 12 HDPE). A cashiers check or bid bond payable to the University of South Alabama in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $ 10,000 must accompany the bidder proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
