Renovation of a medical facility in First Mesa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
**As of September 4th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of HVAC modifications to the medical gas storage room, installation of a valve on the sewer force main, and provision of electrical power to six (6) Conex containers and a Sprung Tent located at the HHCC. The Work consists of the following: HVAC modifications to Medical Gas Storage Room J115. Minor interior and exterior roofing repairs will also be required. Install plug valve for sewer main. Provide electrical power supplies for six (6) Conex containers. Provide electrical power for the Sprung Tent. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
